Look Like a Girl

Song of the day: "Total Eclipse of the Heart" by Bonnie Tyler.
Quote of the day: "I asked God to keep me away from my enemies and I started losing friends."
Sorry I took so long to post! But now that I'm done with my engineering program, hopefully I'll have more time to post.
My grandpa is in town! We're so lucky to have him here.
Sad story: I went to Goodwill the other day and bought a long skirt (it's one of the things on my list; it was brown). When it came out of the wash it had two holes! I was so sad. Then my mom and sister just ripped it more. An hour later, I find my sister wearing it.

Make Love, Not War

So this is pretty much what I look like everyday. Just kidding, but some variation of this. The bag is so sick! My mom bought it at a garage sale from someone who bought it in India. I love it. I use it everyday as my backpack. I almost feel like I abuse it since I stuff it with notebooks, papers, folders, books, etc. (Did you know that et cetera is a commonly used Roman word? I found that out reading a 1997 National Geographic today!) So yeah! This bag is pretty great. It's so hippie.
I think I've found my niche in photography. I guess I'll just take my pictures here from now on. Especially when it's 100+ degrees outside and I value my life.
I don't know what it is, but this is my go-to white shirt. You know, when you're picturing an outfit in your head and it includes a white shirt? This is totally what I think of.

P.S. I'm pumped for my haircut tomorrow! It's just going to be a bunch of layers and craziness. It'll fit me well.

Men in This Town

Yaaay, I'm back! I don't really have much time to blog. But I somehow do it anyway!
Life's pretty good right now. I'm taking an engineering program all summer! It's not necessarily fun but I'm learning a lot and it gives me something to do instead of being a loser at home. I got an A+ on my first semester! I'm making my daddy proud. You know, at first, I didn't think I could actually get an A+ (98.00 and above!) but if I really try hard I can.
Enough of the corniness. Let's talk fashion!
I loveee this outfit. It's totally menswear (not that men wear flared jeans, but you get my point). Sure, I get stares, but that means you just noticed me! So it works out pretty well. I was actually going to throw the jeans out years ago, since I've had them for like 4 years? It's both sad and good that they still fit. Here's to never growing anymore.
I'm getting a haircut Sunday!! Nothing drastic, just an inch off and a lot of layers. I hope it looks good!
